Melting Capabilities: Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) furnaces ranging from 1Kg for precious metals to 250Kg capacity for large volume produciton.

Powder Metallurgy Capabilities: Vacuum Hot Press (VHP) and Hot Isostatic Press (HIP) are both available to ensure our product made from powder metallurgy method have the highest density. State-of-the-art powder grinding and mixing equipment ensure better particle distrubition and hence more uniform product

Thermal Mechanical Process (TMP) Capabilities: Hydraulic forge press, rolling mill and heat treatment furnaces are all in house to enusre our sputtering target achieving fine and uniform grain sizes and better sputtering performances for our customers.

Machining/Cleaning/Packaging Capabilities: Our state-of-the-art machine center includes CNC lathe; CNC milling machines; wired EDM; water jet, etc. Our fully automated cleaning line and final packaging in the class 100 clean room ensure the sputtering target and evaporation materials you get from us are contamination free and ready to be used.

Research and Development: Our multi-decades' experiences in materials research and development are really valuable to our customers. The R&D areas include: new alloy development; new process development; high purity metals refining; precious metals recycling and refining, etc. We work with our customers to provide real world solutions.
